what's included in the quote?
our quote will include our bartending service, barware, plastic cups, straws, napkins, and fresh garnishes.
we believe every event is unique and different, for this reason we would love to hear as many details as possible in order to give you the most accurate quote.

do you supply the alcohol?
in P A, a mobile bar is not able to obtain a liquor license and we are considered a "dry hire". that means, you must supply the alcohol and we will take it from there! but don't worry, we will provide you with a shopping list based on your guest count and estimated consumption to ensure you and your guests have an unforgettable experience! The best part? you can purchase it at any store you want, saving you a ton of dough!

how far will you travel?
we are located in the heart of Pittsburgh, PA. any event within a 30-mile radius is included with the booking. beyond 30 miles we charge $2 per mile.

do you serve anything other than alcohol?
of course! the options are endless with our mobile bar. we truly cater to our clients, so if you aren't a drinker, or are celebrating something with a lot of people under 21, and still want something fun to elevate your event, let's chat. we make really good mocktails!

have idea or an "add-on" that is not listed?
let's chat about it! we want to make your event as special as possible so if we can make it happen, we will!

are you insured?
absolutely! We carry general and liquor liability insurance. we are also RAMP certified bartenders. we do not carry a liquor license since we do not sell alcohol.

what is your payment and refund policy?
we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your event. the final payment isn’t due until 2 weeks before your event date and once that payment is made it cannot be refunded. while we do not refund payment, it is fully transferable if notified no later than 72 hrs before your event date.
